General Questions
When should I arrive?
The house opens 30 minutes prior to the show. We recommend getting there at least 10 minutes before the show starts so that you can check in, pay for parking, find your seats, and visit the bar or restroom.
Do I need to print my tickets?
Nope! Simply show your ticket on your mobile device when you arrive. If you'd prefer to have a physical copy, however, you are more than welcome to print your ticket and bring it in.

What are your ticket policies?
All ticket sales are final.
If a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, ticket buyers will be notified via email. If a performance is rescheduled, your tickets will be transferred to the new date. In the event of a cancellation, you will be eligible for a refund.
Can I exchange my ticket for a different date?
Requests for ticket exchanges must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled performance time and will incur a fee of $5 per ticket. Season subscribers do not pay exchange fees. Please note that we cannot guarantee that your original chosen seats will be available for the performance you are switching to.
If the 48-hour window has passed, you may convert your tickets into a tax-deductible donation or give them to someone else to use. No refunds or credit for future shows will be given. Tickets cannot be exchanged between different shows or seasons.
Are photos or videos allowed?
Photos and videos of the performance are strictly prohibited, but feel free to take pictures before and after! Please turn off or silence your mobile devices when you enter the theater so that others can enjoy the show.
How appropriate are your shows for children?
We strive to make all of our shows as family friendly as possible, but we know that each family is different. For specific content warnings and age recommendations, check out our Content Transparency page.
